The present invention relates to a method for improving stability of retinyl palmitate including pectin, and more specifically, to a method of using pectin, which is a high molecular substance, having antioxidant effect in order to improve stability of unstable retinyl palmitate which is easily oxidized. Pectin according to the present invention has features of excellent gel formation effect and anti-oxidation effect so that, when using retinyl palmitate mixed with the pectin, the retinyl palmitate provides improved anti-wrinkle effect and thus, it can be usefully applied to drugs, cosmetics, etc. |
