PISTON UPPER OIL GALLERY FOR IMPROVING OF OIL FILLING LEVEL

The present invention relates to an oil gallery at the upper part of a piston installed to supply oil to an engine cylinder. Inner and outer galleries are formed in the upper part of the piston and the galleries are separately installed from each other to have a certain space at a boundary surface between a piton skirt and a piston crown. The galleries include an oil passage having a connecting path for oil and the oil passage is formed at the upper part of the boundary surface and includes a connecting groove dented in the piston crown at a certain depth. The oil passage is formed in the piston crown forming the upper parts of the inner and outer galleries to smoothly circulate the oil and to improve cooling performance, and at the same time the oil filling rates of the two galleries increase.
