PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication system for air traffic control capable of executing the origination/termination control of a cell call signal even when performing voice communication via an IP network.SOLUTION: A first device and a second device respectively include line interface substrates 30 and 32 for cell call for controlling the origination/termination of a cell call signal; conversion devices 50 and 52 for performing the data conversion of the cell call signal and a DTMF signal; and gateway devices 60 and 62 for performing the data conversion of the DTMF signal and an IP-fixed signal flowing on an IP network 200. The conversion devices 50 and 52 are disposed between the line interface substrates 30 and 32 for cell call and the gateway devices 60 and 62, and configured to perform the data conversion of the cell call signal and the DTMF signal by associating the cell call signal with a code signal corresponding to the cell call signal, and associating the code signal with the DTMF signal. |
