PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide chocolate candy which is molded easily when made and which keeps excellent flavor of chocolate and smooth meltability thereof in the mouth.SOLUTION: A method for making chocolate candy comprises the steps of: mixing grain flour, chocolate and fat by predetermined amounts to obtain a mixture; and baking the obtained mixture.
