PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data management device capable of inhibiting use authority from being erroneously given in the case of giving the use authority of data to users managed by a different user management device, a data management system and a program.SOLUTION: The data management device has set information setting means for setting information about a set, registration means for registering users managed by a first user management device and users managed by a second user management device in the set to which the information is set by the set information setting means, authority giving means for giving authority to use data stored in a storage device to the set to which the information is set by the set information setting means, and use control means for controlling whether to use the data stored in the storage device on the basis of whether to be a user registered in the set to which the authority is given by the authority giving means. |
