摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic sphygmomanometer capable of obtaining an accurate pulse wave of a blood vessel even if driving two pumps and supplying air into an air bag to pressurize the blood vessel of an upper arm.SOLUTION: An electronic sphygmomanometer 1 includes: an air bag inserted with an upper arm of a measurer, for pressurizing a blood vessel; a first pump 44 and a second pump 45 supplying air into the air bag; a drive part 62 driving the first pump 44 and the second pump 45; and a control part 56 imparting an instruction to the drive part 62, rotationally driving the first pump 44 when detecting a pulse wave of the blood vessel, and driving the second pump 45 at a rotation speed smaller than a rotation speed of the first pump 44. The air bag is formed by a sheet body for configuring it such that the air bag becomes a hollow cylindrical body, and the air bag is formed such that the air bag can be bent inward in a plurality of fold line portions, in positions distant from each other by prescribed distances inside, along a direction to pass the upper arm through the air bag, which are formed at prescribed intervals.
