PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite electrode and the like which can reduce an electric potential difference in an anode to enable uniform anodic dissolution, in a method for anodically dissolving a target metal from an anode containing low-conductive substances by electrolysis.SOLUTION: A composite electrode is equipped with a conductive member 3 which is connectable with a power supply part, and a composite body 5 which is provided on the circumference of the conductive member 3. The composite body 5 has a first phase and a second phase. Electrolysis is performed at an electric potential of melting the second phase but not melting the first phase and the conductive member 3 using the composite electrode where the first phase is not melted at an electric potential of starting to melt the second phase in an electrolyte, and the first phase has a higher electrical resistivity than that of the second phase. |
