PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cyclic polyolefin resin inclusion composition in which even when using a cyclic polyolefin resin including a heat history article, a compact in which rigidity is high, and physical properties are excellent can be stably produced; the compact comprising the composition; and a molding method.SOLUTION: A cyclic polyolefin resin inclusion composition includes a mixed resin that comprises: at least 61 mass% and at most 85 mass% of a cyclic polyolefin resin; and at least 15 mass% and at most 39 mass% of a polyolefin resin. |
