PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic thin-film solar cell module which has a high aperture ratio and is excellent in conversion efficiency.SOLUTION: The organic thin-film solar cell module includes two or more organic solar cell elements electrically connected in series on a substrate. The open circuit voltages of the organic solar cell elements are 0.9-3.0 V inclusive, respectively. Each of the organic solar cell elements includes a transparent electrode being in contact with the substrate.
