PURPOSE: A smoke suction device for a roaster is provided to prevent the danger of fire caused by overheating and conveniently reduce oil settlings in a suction pipe. CONSTITUTION: A smoke suction device comprises a lower suction pipe (100), an open type suction pipe (200), and an upper suction pipe (300). The lower suction pipe sucks smoke generated on a worktop. The open type suction pipe is connected to the upper part of the lower suction pipe and forms a door capable of being open on a side. The upper suction pipe is continuously connected to the upper part of the open type suction pipe. The smoke sucked through the lower suction pipe passes through the open type suction pipe and discharges to the outside through the upper suction pipe. A filtering device filtering oil is installed in the open type suction pipe. |
