The invention provides a short-distance radio communicator capable of preventing a clamp structure from being damaged and ensuring part installing operations. The back surface (12b) of an antenna coil frame (11) is provided with a pair of clamped pieces (30,30) clamping with a pair of clamping hooks (29.29) on a base (28). The bases of the clamped pieces (30,30) is concavely provided with slits (32) for facilitating bending deformation of clamped pieces (30,30). Furthermore, the upper surface (12a) of the antenna coil frame is concavely provided with a part receiving part (17) for receiving a substrate (19). Therefore, the substrate (19) is not susceptible to the clamped pieces (30,30) when soldered on the part receiving part (17). |
