The floor space lamp is adapted to a floor mat (2) and a base floor (4). The floor space lamp is formed as a flat and planar for diffusing the emitted light. The floor mat is provided in the predetermined floor area of the base floor of the motor vehicle. A lamp cutout (32) is adapted in the floor mat, such that the outline of the lamp cutout is provided in form-fitting matter in the floor mat. The thickness of the floor space lamp is corresponded to the thickness of the floor mat. An independent claim is included for a method for incorporating floor space lamp. |
