The present invention relates to an apparatus for motor driving control, a method thereof and a motor using the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus for motor driving control comprises a drive signal generator, a counter electromotive force detector, and a controller. The drive signal generator generates a drive control signal controlling the driving of the motor unit and the counter electromotive force detector detects a counter electromotive force generated from the motor unit. The controller estimates the driving current of the motor unit using the counter electromotive force and controls the duty of the drive control signal if the driving current reaches an overcurrent.
