<p>The present invention relates to an LED lighting device for the veranda of an apartment building: which is installed on the veranda of an apartment building; maintains the optimum photo-equilibrium condition of phytochrome by arranging red light emitting red light and near-infrared rays in the wavelength of 610-700 nm and blue light emitting LED and blue light in the wavelength of 410-480nm in a specific ratio for changing the growth reaction of plants by the light condition; adjusts the intensity of light for controlling the growth of the plants; maintains the temperature of the veranda at a range around 35°C for promoting the photosynthesis of the plants; supplies acidic ionic water for the growth of the plants for controlling disease and insects; and sprays alkaline ionic water for promoting the growth of the plants and preventing the acidification of soil. According to the present invention, the intensity and the wavelength of light can be easily adjusted for accurately controlling or promoting the growth of the plants. The temperature of the veranda is maintained at a range around 35°C for promoting the photosynthesis of the plants, and the acidic ionic water or alkaline ionic water is supplied to the plants for controlling disease and insects, promoting the growth of the plants, and preventing the acidification of soil.
