PURPOSE: A stopper integrated dispenser holder device with a check valve function is provided to prevent the inflow of bacteria and contaminants included in outdoor air into a plastic bottle when contents are discharged and is stored after being discharged and to conveniently apply to all the small and large plastic bottles. CONSTITUTION: A stopper integrated dispenser holder device with a check valve function comprises a bottle holder(30) and a holder support member(50). The bottle holder forms a screw part(31) for coupling a bottle to couple the screw-formed end of a plastic bottle(20). The screw part for coupling the bottle is formed inside a holder body part. A holder stopper part formed smaller than the holder body part is divided into a water discharge hole(44) and an air passing hole(36) by a water-air partition wall(45). A water switching valve(42) is coupled to the water discharge hole. An air switching valve(34) is coupled to the air passing hole. The holder support member is coupled and fixed on the top of an equipment body(10). The holder support member is recessed to form a holder mounting part(52).
