The joining comprises two wooden or timber logs 1, 2 interconnected together, preferably at right angles to each other, and placing at least one rod 3, but may be up to four rods, downwardly through aligned notches in the interconnected logs. Rods are slotted down between all logs in each log cabin corner to make a waterproofed interlocking joint. The rod interlocks any shape profiled logs together making them stronger. The rod eliminates any gaps that could cause water to penetrate through the joint between two logs in a timber log cabin wall. |
