摘要 <p>The shaft carrying the vanes is rotated at centrifuging speed, while the powder ingredients are introduced separately from the liquid ones. The ingredients are dispersed in the atmosphere in the part where they are introduced and subjected to centrifugation by the action of the blades towards the inner surface of the cylinder. The feed rate is maintained at a value insufficient for the dough formed to completely fill the cross-section of the cylinder but sufficient for the dough to form a tubular layer on the inner surface, in which the free ends of the blades form grooves. Quantities of dough forming the end of the tubular layer are continuously removed by the outlet opening.</p>
