<p>Disclosed are a receiving apparatus, a receiving method, and a program capable of shortening time taken in tuning. A broadband signal where a plurality of signals is arranged is received. Control information used to extract a predetermined signal from the broadband signal is obtained from the broadband signal. The obtained control information is stored. After the control information is stored, the stored control information is read when a predetermined signal is extracted from the broadband signal. The predetermined signal is extracted from the broadband signal based on the read control information. This technology is applicable to a receiving apparatus that receives a signal according to a DVB-C2 standard.</p> |
