In an amplifying device, an amplification unit (1) includes a first amplifier (la) which amplifies a signal and a second amplifier (1b) which amplifies a signal when the signal has a predetermined level or more. A detector (2) detects a temperature and/or frequency change. A calculation unit (3) calculates an adjacent channel leakage power ratio of an output signal output from the amplification unit based on detection signal of the detector (2). A controller (4) controls gate biases of the first and second amplifiers (1a, 1b) based on the adjacent channel leakage power ratio calculated by the calculation unit (3). |
