The present invention relates to a system for operating cloud banking using virtualization and a method for the same. According to the present invention, a system for operating cloud banking using virtualization is realized by a server which communicates with N (N>=1) amorphous transaction devices which can be virtualized with financial devices which M (M>=1) financial companies operate, the system comprising: a control module for remotely controlling the N amorphous transaction devices through a communications network; a virtualization module for determining an m^th (1<=m<=M) financial company to virtualize an n^th amorphous transaction device among the M financial companies if virtualization request information is received from the n^th (1<=n<=N) amorphous transaction device among the controlled N amorphous transaction devices and controlling the n^th amorphous transaction device to display a financial transaction interface of the m^th financial company thereon, resulting in virtualizing the n^th amorphous transaction device as a financial device of the m^th financial company; and an authentication module for authenticating the virtualized n^th amorphous transaction device as the financial device operated by the m^th financial company through an m^th financial company server which operates the financial device of the m^th financial company.
