The invention provides a production method for unvulcanized rubber sheets. The method can inhibit deterioration of width precision when the unvulcanized rubber sheets cut after being wound by a winding roller is wound on a novel winding roller from happening, so that the unvulcanized rubber sheets can be used by the next process without problems and tyre defects of produced tyres can be prevented. The production method for the unvulcanized rubber sheets comprises a rolling process for processing high temperature unvulcanized rubber into the unvulcanized rubber sheets; a cooling process for cooling the unvulcanized rubber sheets; a winding process for winding the cooled unvulcanized rubber sheets on the winding roller; and a cutting process for cutting the wound unvulcanized rubber sheets. A predetermined length at the front end part is wound at a winding speed faster than a usual winding speed when the wound unvulcanized rubber sheets are wound on the next winding roller. |
