The present invention relates to a steaming-and-drying device which includes a steaming-and-drying chamber which steams or dries raw ginseng received inside by sending steam or air from one side to the other side; a circulation duct which connects both sides of the steaming-and-drying chamber and sends the steam or air discharged from the other side of the steaming-and-drying chamber to one side of the steaming-and-drying chamber; a steam generating unit which supplies steam to steam the raw ginseng received inside the steaming-and-drying chamber; a heat generating unit which heats the air sent to the steaming-and-drying chamber passes through the circulation duct to dry the raw ginseng received inside the steaming-and-drying chamber; and a tomography unit which is formed to be moved toward the steaming-and-drying chamber and which photographs layers of the raw ginseng received inside the steaming-and-drying chamber while passing through the steaming-and-drying chamber.
