Disclosed is a wire gland having a packing press structure. The disclosed wire gland having a packing press structure includes: a wire fixing cap which includes a male screw unit on one circumferential surface to be combined to an electric device with a screw and has a penetration hole for multiple lines of wires to penetrate inside where the rear side of the penetration hole has a greater diameter than the front side of the penetration hole and a female screw unit is formed on the inner circumferential surface of the rear side of the penetration hole; a packing which is pressed and inserted into the rear side of the penetration hole of the wire fixing cap and has a plurality of wire penetration holes having the same diameter with the wires at the center through each of which each wire penetrates; and a pressurization cap which has a male screw unit on the surface of the front end to be combined with the female screw unit of the wire fixing cap, has a wire penetration hole for the wires to penetrate inside the front side, has a wire insertion unit having a bigger diameter than the wire penetration hole for one end of the wires to be inserted inside the rear side, and pressurizes the packing in the axial direction.
