The device has a fastening device (2) e.g. endoscopic clip, fastened in an inner side of a hollow organ e.g. stomach, and a detection device (3) connected with the fastening device for detection of presence of blood. Transmission unit (7) transmits data detected by the detection device and a receiving unit (9) receives the transmitted data. The fastening device is made of a biologically degradable material, and is connected with the detection device by a connection unit (18). The detection device has a photo-sensitive sensor such as photodiode and a light source i.e. LED.
