<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection device for a molding machine wherein a hydraulic source and a flow control valve are made compact. <P>SOLUTION: The injection device 1 includes: a conversion cylinder apparatus 9 communicated to an injection cylinder apparatus 7; and a hydraulic circuit 17 which can control the flow of a working liquid from an accumulator 11. A conversion cylinder tube 27 includes: a large-diameter cylinder part 27b; and a backside small-diameter cylinder part 27c communicated with the side opposite to a head side chamber 25h in the large-diameter cylinder part 27b, and having a diameter smaller than that of the large-diameter cylinder part 27b. The hydraulic circuit 17 has a servo-valve 45 capable of controlling the flow rate of the hydraulic liquid from the accumulator 11. Further, the hydraulic circuit 17 is constituted so that the working liquid passed through the servo-valve 45 can be fed to a large-diameter backside chamber 27bh and a small-diameter backside chamber 27ch, and both the feed of the working liquid passed through the servo-valve 45 to the large-diameter backside chamber 27bh and the feed to the small-diameter backside chamber 27ch can be prohibited. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
