<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plate-like object conveyance system capable of greatly increasing the layout freedom of conveyance equipment without receiving any restrictions of production facilities. <P>SOLUTION: The plate-like object conveyance system in which a conveyance path for conveying a housing container for housing a plurality of plate-like objects is arranged on a frame set above the production facilities, includes: a stacking/unstacking machine having a function of vertically conveying the housing container in addition to a function of sequentially stacking the plate-like objects in the housing container and a function of sequentially carrying the stacked articles out from the housing container; a conveyance truck with a fork which travels on the frame to carry the housing container out from the stacking/unstacking machine and set it to it; a belt conveyor for conveying the plate articles between the production facilities and each stacking/unstacking machine; a direction changing machine which is installed on the path of the belt conveyor and changes the conveyance direction of the plate-like objects by 90 degrees in plan view; and a conveyor with a lifter arranged between an inter-step conveying conveyor and the conveyance truck with the fork. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
