The platform has a bevel gear arranged within a transmission case (31), where an output shaft (17) of the bevel gear is connected with an input shaft of a cutter gear over a drive shaft. The cutter gear comprises an eccentric pinion and is arranged in a housing. An overload clutch (29) is arranged within the transmission case between the bevel gear and the drive shaft or within the housing between the input shaft and the eccentric pinion and provided with pre-stressed resting bodies (41, 41a). A hub is connected with the drive shaft.
