<p>Embodiments of the present invention provide a service scheduling method and a base station. The method includes: determining whether a user equipment UE is in a voice over IP VoIP mixed service state; and preferentially scheduling a VoIP service in a dynamic scheduling manner when the UE is in the VoIP mixed service state. In another aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides a base station. The base station includes: a detecting unit, configured to detect whether a user equipment UE is in a VoIP mixed service state; and a scheduling unit, configured to preferentially schedule a VoIP service in a dynamic scheduling manner when the UE is in the VoIP mixed service state. In the embodiments of the present invention, a technical means of preferentially scheduling a VoIP service in a dynamic scheduling manner when a UE is in a VoIP mixed service state is used, and therefore, a QoS requirement of service scheduling in the VoIP mixed service state is ensured.</p> |
