<p>The invention relates to a method for determination of remaining volumes of liquid reducing agent in a container pertaining to an SCR system for exhaust cleaning. The method comprises the steps of continuously determining remaining volumes of reducing agent in the form of discrete volume indications and continuously determining reducing agent volumes dosed by existing dosing configurations. The method comprises also the steps of determining a period of time on the basis of said volumes dosed, continuously deciding whether a discrete volume indication thus determined is within a specific portion of said period and, if such is the case, setting remaining volumes to a lower discrete volume indication. The invention relates also to a computer programme product containing programme code (P) for a computer (200; 210) for implementing a method according to the invention. The invention relates also to a device and a motor vehicle equipped with the device.</p> |
