<p>There is provided a lamp control system (1). The lamp control system comprises: a lamp (5R, 5L) configured to form a light distribution pattern ahead of a vehicle (2) using a non-illumination region forming unit (20), wherein the light distribution pattern comprises an illumination region and a non-illumination region, and the illumination region comprises at least one longitudinal cutoff line (LCL, RCL) at a boundary between the illumination region and the non-illumination region; a detector (4) configured to detect a front vehicle (P) in front of the vehicle (2); an information acquiring unit configured to acquire a displacement direction (L, R) and a displacement speed (VL, VR) of the front vehicle (P); and a light distribution controller configured to control the light distribution pattern using the non-illumination region forming unit (20) such that the front vehicle (P) detected by the detector (4) is positioned in the non-illumination region. When the front vehicle (P) is approaching the longitudinal cutoff line (LCL, RCL), the light distribution controller controls the light distribution pattern based on the displacement direction and the displacement speed so as to increase an interval (ML, MAR) between the longitudinal cutoff line (LCL, RCL) and the front vehicle (P).</p> |
