Disclosed is a sealing device for sealing the rotary shaft of a ship propeller to seal the rotary shaft of a ship propeller against external water and a lubricating oil chamber using a multi-sealing structure. One or more oil-filled sealing chambers to supply fluids in a tank through a supply pipe are arranged. Inside the supply pipe of an oil-filled sealing chamber, a circulation pump is arranged between the tank and the sealing chamber; the supply pipe is joined to the bottom of the sealing chamber; and the top of the sealing chamber includes a discharge pipe connected to the tank.
