The present invention relates to a sealing checking apparatus comprising: a base; a cover to cover the base; a transfer means which includes a transfer part to transfer an inspection object to the inside of the cover or draw the inspection object out of the cover and a driving unit connected to the transfer unit and transfers power; a guide member arranged inside the cover to support the inspection object transferred to the inside of the cover by the transfer means; and a pressure sensing means which is composed of a lifting member provided in the cover to be lifted up and down and touching the inspection object and a sensing unit for sensing the pressure of the inspection object according to the height change of the lifting member. When the sealed inspection object is transferred to the inside of the cover by the transfer means, the lifting member of the pressure sensing unit touches the top of the inspection object and is lifted up. The sensing unit senses the lifting height of the lifting member to sense the pressure difference of the current inspection object. The sensing output is compared with setting pressure when the inspection object is in a normal state to remarkably reduce the defect rate of products and prevent the deterioration of contents by checking the sealed state of the inspection object according to pressure changes. The sealing of the inspection object is checked by the pressure sensing unit to improve work efficiency, productivity, and quality by efficiently operating the whole work processes through a rapid checking work. |
