The present invention relates to a glass fiber reinforced-plastic plate having a flexural bar and a method for repairing concrete structure damaged due to neutralization, salt, and chemical corrosion, using a section repair mortar composition. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method for repairing the concrete structure without a second damage. The present invention comprises the steps of: a step of surface treatment which removes foreign substances on the structure after removing the affected portions; a step of lower fixing bar installation which installs and fixes a lower fixing bar to be positioned in the lower part of the repairing portion; a step of reinforcement panel installation which installs a reinforcement panel in a way the flexural bar of the reinforcement panel can be positioned inside of the repairing portion while the lower part of the reinforcement panel is in touch with the lower fixing bar; and a step of repairing which injects and fills the section repair mortar composition on the repairing portions of the structure by passing through the reinforcement panel.
