The present invention relates to a light guide plate which the source of light only can be detected on certain sides of the plate, and so can provide the same level of brightness to the surface of the light guide plate irrelevant to the deviation of the separation distance from the light source. In particular, the invention increases productivity by producing and using economical cutters, and can also strengthen the reliability of the product quality even in mass production. The home-patterned (3) light guide plate from which it receives the light from the light source (2) to scatter and diffuse the light, the home-patterns (3) includes the light guide plate (1) which gets bigger if the separation distance from the light source increases, and a method of manufacturing the light guide plates that forms the patterns (3) by having the light guide plate (1) pressurizes the cutters (4) when in transmission, a rotating orbit which enables the cutters (4) to rotate, return and occupy the location inside the light guide plate (1) around the orbit (5), and therefore, a method which enables the cutters (4) of the rotating orbit to form home-patterns on the surface of the light guide plate (1). |
