The invention relates to a device for managing the temperature of a battery pack (1) for an electric vehicle including at least one battery (3) contained in a housing (13). The temperature-managing device comprises: at least one heat-exchange plate (5) contacting the battery (3), and a circuit of ducts in which a heat-transport fluid flows, and which comprises at least one conveying tube (7) and at least two headers (9), the conveying tube (7) extending along the heat-exchange plate (5), and each end thereof being connected to one of the headers (9), respectively. The heat-exchange plate (5) further sealingly contacts the housing (13) of the battery pack (1), thereby insulating the circuit of ducts from the battery (3). The invention also relates to a battery pack (1) including such a temperature-managing device.
