<p>The joint (1) has a wooden component (2) e.g. joist, connected with another wooden component (3) by a connecting device (4) e.g. plug connection, by forming a gap (5). The connecting device bears one of the wooden component as a support. A sealing (6) is arranged in sections in a region of the gap. The sealing closes the gap at ambient temperature above a preset limit temperature in a region of the connecting device for preventing load-carrying capacity reduction at the connecting device. The sealing fills the gap in sections at the ambient temperature below the limit temperature. The sealing is formed as self adhesive sealing strip.</p> |
