<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic sphygmomanometer capable of closely attaching a cuff to the entire periphery of an upper arm just by inserting the upper arm and easily and accurately measuring a blood pressure. <P>SOLUTION: The electronic sphygmomanometer 1 for measuring the blood pressure at the upper arm T includes the cuff 14 and a body part 10 provided with a display part 31 for displaying a blood pressure value, wherein the cuff 14 is provided to the outside of the body part 10.
