PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for analyzing faint light samples, capable of being simultaneously or continuously analyzed by faint light signals and also of analyzing a plurality of measured portions by faint light signals, and to provide a device and software therefor. SOLUTION: With respect to a sample generating a faint light and having a plurality of measured portions, in the method for analyzing faint light samples, and the device and the software, faint light signals are obtained based on imaging conditions suited to each measured portion of a plurality of images, corresponding to different angles with respect to a sample that produces faint light and has a plurality of measured portions; and analysis by faint light of the sample is performed, based on the image information of each of the plurality of measured portions that has been obtained.
