The fan has a housing portion (2) provided with an air inlet and an air outlet. A ventilator is arranged between the air inlet and the air outlet. Several apertures (10) extending into a flow channel for pressure measurement are formed in a specific region of the air inlet. Two wall elements (9) of the air inlet are interconnected at connection regions (7) for enclosing a channel volume portion (8). A portion of the connecting region is provided with apertures. An independent claim is included for a method for manufacturing fan.
