Provided is an apparatus for charging a portable device mounted on a seat of a vehicle in a wireless manner using power supplied to a heat wire in a seat warmer provided on the seat of the vehicle. The apparatus of the present invention comprises: a sensor unit for sensing a weight applied from the outside to the seat warmer of the vehicle; a central control unit for executing and controlling a wireless charging mode of the portable device if the sensor unit senses a specific weight corresponding to a mounting status of the portable device; a power output control unit for converting power that is supplied to heat wires of the seat warmer into power for wireless charging and supplying the power by a control according to the wireless charging mode of the central control unit; and a wireless power generating module that is installed in a position of the seat corresponding to the heat wires in the seat warmer and configured to be applied to the power according to the wireless charging mode to perform a wireless charging operation of the portable device.
