<p>PURPOSE: A nano-catalyst manufacturing method for eliminating nitrogen oxide is provided to prevent the occurrence of secondary contamination and to improve the activity of a catalyst at identical temperatures. CONSTITUTION: Zeolite such as industrially acquired mordenite(MOR), ZSM-5, natural zeolite, FAU is prepared as the carrier of a catalyst(S100). The zeolite is ion-exchanged by mixing a reagent with the zeolite(S200). The reagent is an iron containing mixture or an iron containing compound. The content of iron in the reagent is between 1 and 10wt%. The resultant product is dried to obtain powder(S300). Ion-exchanged zeolite carries catalytic active materials(S400). The resultant product is dried(S500). The resultant product is plasticized at a temperature of 500 to 800 degrees Celsius(S600).</p> |
