PURPOSE: A smartphone call connecting system and a method thereof are provided to transmit a guide message transmitted from a smartphone to an origination terminal. CONSTITUTION: A call connecting server(200) receives a call available time guide message or a guide message from a smartphone. The call connecting server manages the received message by storing the received message in a call connecting DB(DataBase). The call connecting server senses a voice call request of the smartphone from the origination terminal in the execution of the set application. The call connecting server transmits voice, a guide message, or an SMS message to the origination terminal. The voice or the guide message includes the call available time guide message or the guide message stored in the call connecting DB.
