The design of a training-experimental for obtaining foamed mixtures consists of a working chamber, made of food stainless steel of a volume 3.5·10m. In said chamber a thermal weigher is arranged, a water-bath with the aid of which heating is carried out, a metal auxiliary chamber of a volume of 23.4·10m, a highly effective water-circular vacuum-pump, a vacuummeter, a thermometer and a control panel. |
