<p>The present invention relates to a method and a device for preparing aqueous microparticles of a natural extract using a supercritical fluid and an antisolvent. The present method comprises the steps of: forming a solution of an extract-and-supercritical carbon dioxide mixture by stirring and mixing a natural extract and liquefied carbon dioxide after raising the temperature; forming microparticles of the extract by spraying the mixture solution with an antisolvent; and recycling by separating and recovering the formed extract microparticles and recovering carbon dioxide and the antisolvent.</p> |
