The present invention relates to a single crystal ingot growing device for preventing a deformation of heat shield which blocks heat around ingots when growing the ingots. The present invention comprises: a crucible where a melting liquid is put; a heat shield which is installed to surround the ingots growing from the crucible and which blocks the adjacent heat; and a reinforcement part which is overlapped on the bottom of the heat shield and which reinforces the strength of the het shield.
