The present invention relates to an apparatus for inspecting a printed circuit board in order to inspect and repair a failure of a drive board of an air conditioning equipment comprised in a railroad car. The apparatus of the present invention includes: a second inspection module for generating a test signal to test operation of an air conditioning equipment and making the test signal be inputted to a drive module; and a first inspection module for detecting a failure of the drive module by detecting existence of a driving signal at a driving signal output part of the drive module after the test signal is inputted to the drive module from the second inspection module. According to the apparatus for inspecting a printed circuit board of the present invention, an inspection module is connected to the drive module so that every kind of test signals are inputted to the drive module from the inspection module. The inspection module detects the driving signal to control the air conditioning equipment which is outputted from the drive module, and thus can know the failure of the drive module easily. An output signal at a component port constituting the drive module is analyzed through the inspection module so that only a faulty component is replaced to reduce repair costs.
