PURPOSE: An automatic baking ingredient supply apparatus is provided to quickly and conveniently pour backing ingredients into a container part. CONSTITUTION: An automatic baking ingredient supply apparatus comprises: an ingredient inlet for adding baking ingredients; a storage tank for distribution with a plurality of ingredient outlets; an opening and closing unit for opening and closing a plurality of ingredient outlets; an opening and closing driving unit(233) which drives the opening and closing unit; and a control unit(242) which controls the operation of the opening and closing driving unit. The opening and closing unit comprises: a plurality of fixed supports which vertically moves by the opening and closing driving unit; a plurality of coupling units; and a stopper formed at the end of each coupling unit.
