PURPOSE: A production method of a manganese/titania catalyst for removing nitrogen oxide, and a nitrogen oxide removal method using the same are provided to uniformly disperse manganese particles in titania particles which are relatively bigger, and to effectively remove the nitrogen oxide at low temperatures by improving the dispersibility of manganese. CONSTITUTION: A production method of a manganese/titania catalyst for removing nitrogen oxide comprises the following steps: measuring the surface potential of a titania carrier to select the titania carrier having the zeta potential of 0-1.5; successively depositing a manganese precursor to the titania carrier after mixing the titania carrier with cerium oxide; and drying and plasticizing the resultant product to obtain the manganese/titania catalyst. |
