The present invention relates to a sterilization device for unheated food which comprises the following: a moisture adjusting chamber for adjusting the moisture on the surface of the food; an air pressure plasma sterilization chamber processing the surface of the food with the adjusted moisture with air pressure plasma for sterilizing; and a conveyor transferring the food to the moisture adjusting chamber and the an air pressure plasma sterilization chamber. The sterilization device for unheated food can sterilize the unheated food and food which is incapable of heating by having specific properties including fresh food.
