In order to improve inefficiency of goods management, a smart phone based goods management system of the present invention increases efficiency of goods management by applying near field communication RFID technology in which a reader recognizes an inherent number stored in a memory sequentially as to a number of tags at a close distance within 10 cm by transmitting and receiving a signal through a near field magnetic field and electric field as using a radio frequency of HF or UHF, ISM band. For the same, a method and an operation algorithm for providing a goods management service in the smart phone mounted with a near field communication RFID reader, and a method applying the same are applied.
